Home Values in High School Districts

Real estate in Atlanta is heavily influenced by schools; in many cases the academic track record of a high school dictates appeal and marketability of an area. Using RealValuator, we can now provide clients the real estate market trends for any metro Atlanta high school district. This snapshot will show the general trends by quarter and can be configured to show different price points.

Here’s an example of the chart showing home prices in Milton high school. This program can also zero in on the same data for elementary and middle schools as well. These pages will be updated monthly so be certain to bookmark the ones of interest.

This information graphically shows the data, for even more of a narrow look we can use the SMART Data program and look at the area as an appraiser will. It’s another tool we bring to the table for you to use when evaluating your real estate options.
