SMART Data Real Estate Analysis

As the technology available to productive Atlanta real estate agents improves, so should the benefits to their clients. Unfortunately, that’s not always the case as many companies and agents eliminate critical data sources to save money, and the trend isn’t slowing down. That’s not the case here; in fact we continue to keep current with the best and most efficient real estate data sources available.

Our real estate clients know the level of detail and analysis that we routinely complete and they have seen thorough written buyer or seller reviews – often more than a few. If a picture is worth a thousand words, then short videos are worth a million. Below is a brief video demonstrating how data is collected from the FMLS and another demonstrating how we use that in the SMART data analysis program. There are no other agents using this program – and it’s just one of the tools we use daily.

The example in these videos is a mythical Roswell, GA home seller with a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home with a full basement located in the in Roswell HS district. The seller believes the home to be worth about $450,000. These videos show just one portion of the process used to develop a “Reasonable Expectations Packet” for sellers and “Buyer Briefs” for buyers.
